I’m aware this isn’t the most original idea. But I am in the process of decorating my new apartment… So this is what I have come up with! Very excited with the results. :-) can’t wait to work on more. Check out my installation to see other iconic women I chose to include.

If you ask me for my heart there’s no way that I’ll say no

I need to do homework right now, but this is on my list to watch as soon as I am done! Must not get distracted. Stay focused!
In honor of hearing that the 6th book for the Gallagher Girls series will be released in September, I took a cheesy, funny, unrealistic quiz to see which character I was most like.
Which Gallagher Girl are you?
My Result: Cammie(90%)
Sure, you feel invisible sometimes, but people who know you always see and love you. Even though you can hold your own with the books, you’re smartest when you’re trusting your guts and your heart.
Additional Results:
Cammie (90%)
Bex (74%)
Liz (54%)
Macey (35%)

Hello all,
I just added two widgets to my site, Twitter and Good Reads. Yes, my taste in books is a little, shall we say cheesy? But, we all have our own taste. I suppose I was excited because the problem I encountered… and then fixed! Adding the widgets themselves, was a piece of cake. But once I added the widget for good reads, the width extended off of the side bar. It looked horrible and I was very frustrated. But then I took a look at the code. I found where it controlled the width and fixed it. Then I noticed the widgets were butting up against one another and their was no space to breathe. That is when I added a few breaks.
It is so exciting to see your education paying off in everyday life like this. It makes you feel like you are going somewhere. I look forward to discovering and learning even more!

Oh my goodness. I suddenly want an iPad even more!
This short film has been nominated for the Oscars! It is put together so well, it doesn’t even feel like it was 6 1/2 min long. Another favorite to add to my list of Disney movies!

I would never go to such lengths for a parking spot. However, it is comical and is nice to know if you were ever in a similar situation. Maybe I would be able to relate if I lived in a bigger city.
As you all know, Kate Middleton sat down for her first portrait that was revealed earlier this week. Their have been a lot of critiques on the painting. I thought this link had a very interesting insight and presented it in a professional manner.
While I do think a few major elements should be adjusted like her skin tone (all together), her eyes (from the color to the shadows), her bone structure, and her smile their is a style to it that is appealing to me. Although those major mistakes makes her look older than what she is and nearly unrecognizable to some, I appreciate how soft it is and the glow that seems to encompass her.
I do hope that her next official portrait has a better interpretation.
Not only is this a fabulous commercial but also a fabulous animation! I absolutely loved it. Coke has never had their Polar Bears talk and have personality before. They took their well known mascot and made them even more lovable.
Well, it’s that time of the year again. Spring semester has begun. And I think it is going to be a great semester! I am particularly, very excited for my Design Media class. We are learning how to create our own webpage! While we are starting with the very basics and I won’t be able to have my own website until I take Design Media II, I am still thrilled. It is something I’ve always wanted to do. And here we go! It seems a lot easier than I thought….but keep in mind it has only been 1 day. That is subject to change :)
